I find it refreshing too, I was never a big fan of Blade Runner, though I really appreciate the cinematography and Rutger Hauer's performance. Everything else is so-so for me.

So I've been rewatching all the so-far-seasons of Fargo with the mother. I'm rewatching, she's brand new to the show and its universe. So far we're at S02E02. Some random observations I managed to scramble out of the rewatch and the mother's opinions:

I don't know if it was poor writing or poor acting on Casper Crump's part. I think it was a mix of all of that, plus the baggage of the comic character actually being interesting and then seeing it all watered down and shat on.

Can't help it, any form of "Ebony" immediately brings to mind Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way. Those were dark times on the internet.

Leigh Whannell still stars because, I mean, it's not as if he has a career outside the Saw and Insidious movies…

In all honesty, I don't see the hot on the guy. Is it the blue eyes? Because he's pretty "meh", features wise. Pretty dumb on him to dump the wife to screw around, I do hope she gets good money and a life partner who isn't a piece of shit.

Happy birthday to #26, the maker of the great shitshow Highlander II: The Quickening (also of the first one). Also: director of one of the Resident Evils and The Scorpion King 2. TV keeps him well employed, though.

So this Saw puts the "porn" in "torture porn"?

I never relate Minka Kelly to Chris Evans. I do remember her being all mello jello with Sean Penn, though.

I do too. Fun fact: Solange and the sister came to my country within months of each other. Solange sold out her show in weeks, the sister barely filled the quota days before the gig!

In a scale of 1 to "wow your villain sucks", what's your stance on Vandal Savage so far?

I could name many… "Two Princes", "Tubthumping", "No Rain"… but I'm gonna go with a more recent song: Ylvis' "The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)".
It's a perfect mix of parody and catchy, especially with the changing tempos, melodies, and pretty much a nonexistent chorus. I refused to listen to it back when it was the

Thanks for the data! I was actually gonna start watching The Last Panthers so it'll be pretty cool to see Yuri around.
About the henchmen, I found it curious that initially Varga only seemed to have Meemo and Yuri as main hench/bodyguards, but after Yuri's disappearance, Varga added a few dozen henchmen to back him

He was the main henchman until Marrane got to him. And he got all those cool (albeit puzzling) scenes like when he scared the deputy on the library. But I assumed he was fourth billed because he was a very famous actor on some market I had no idea existed… I don't watch many Russian or Ukrainian movies, so my train of

Chris Christie

Well, better than dead! Once she was out, she'd still be able to exact her revenge on Emmit. At least Wrench ended up doing that for her.

Snart's sarcastic growly voice is such a delightful thing! Advice: fast forward the Hawks scenes, they're absolutely unnecessary characters. Did you know Kendra used to be a barista?!?!

I kept thinking he might have been imprisoned, after all, Gloria had his picture from the shootout. But then, he wouldn't have been given just five years for killing all those douchebros.

"DONE!"

I thought it was Yuri! I wonder where on Earth is Yuri now? Maybe he's in some sort of hell, put there by Ray Wise, or still hanging about on the woods, trying to find his ear.
