There are not enough words for me to express how puzzled I am at the Ray Parker Jr. entry. But I'm sure the Fall Out Boy guys are credited for Ghostbusters, even if it's the new one, and it's basically a horrid version of Parker's.

Just checked, and Tattoo's credits were made by Blur Studio, the same studio that did the test footage for Deadpool that ended up becoming the movie… and was directed by Tim Miller as well. It's a small, small world!
The guy is great in everything, even in getting nom-nommed by a vagina.
They did a "reverse porcupine" on that guy!
I don't know if it was the lighting, but I thought she looked younger after engulfing Joel Murray. So it's sort of like Madame Bathory but with sex.
Definitely!
Also, if any of y'all wants to know how the Black Sails credits sequence was designed, here's the Art of the Title interview with the designers, who explain the process and inspirations, plus high-res video of the credits themselves: http://www.artofthetitle.co…
Yes, it reminded me of Tattoo as well, I haven't checked Art of the Title to see if they've done the article for the American Gods sequence yet, but I wanna bet it was the same company behind both.
It also has some similarities to Starz's very own Black Sails's sequence.
My complaint is the CGI. It looked great on Technical Boy's sequence, but the dream forest, even if it was an ethereal/otherworldly forest, looked a bit like a videogame cutscene.
So it did happen! I thought my eyes had gone wonky! Nice catch!
Really. When Shadow's hanging weakly, the blood splattering his shoes, under the rain… any screencap from that sequence could become a Louvre-worthy painting in itself. David Slade deserves some credit for that as well, the guy has an eye for storytelling-fitting style.
Let's give an applause to the credits sequence! Holy shit it was mesmerizing, complete with a killer score. It reminded me of Hannibal's but with flashier colors and much more symbolism I can't wait to decipher in the following weeks!
It's the IMDB Popularity Rank, maybe she's #1 because people don't know her as well as they do know Gadot so they search her there, and that reflects on the final tally.
Tell that to Cult, The Messengers, The Tomorrow People, and *cries* Ringer.
Saturday Night Live is when your parents would take you to McDonalds whenever they could collect some lotto money and sometimes the Happy Meal toy would be quite passable, fun and useful… and some other times it was a shitty house-like object holding an unmovable figure that was poorly painted (with lead paint).
No, not my iZombie! What can we do to make people watch this show, goddammit?!?
True.
Also, "months and pennies" if I'm correct, was my weird attempt at translating a turn of phrase we have here in my country: I tried to say it was a little over a month to the release of the season, not actual currency.
My elderly students usually want to watch what's "hip" for their grandchildren, so they ask me to put them Netflix on their smart tv/notebooks/phone. Little do they know I remember their passwords afterwards, and I even set up my own user ("test user") to watch whatever I like at home.
I don't think they'd mind if I…
UK shows could also work. Sherlock got "The Final Problem" leaked in russian and the tumblr-raving fans downloaded the living shit outta it even when the actual airing was a couple days later.
And didn't Planet Earth or whatever that nature documentary is called ALSO leaked earlier, to high demand?
"Oooooh I can't wait for the filler thinkpieces that will origine from this episode! Who will be, Salon, AVClub, one of the former Gawker sites???"
I read that the OITNB episodes "leaked" are of semi-quality, as they miss some color correction, ADR in places, and other wonky post-production-needing nonsense.
