Wow that's insane! You would think that with that many customers in this area there would be more support for revising the draconian stealership laws we still have in place here. Hopefully the next legislative session brings some big changes. Getting that Gigafactory in SA would be pretty sweet.

I'm not going to say they're common by any means, but Dallas/Fort Worth has a surprising amount of them roaming around, considering how conservative of an area this is as well as the fact that they can't be sold here. Can't say I'm complaining though!

That's great for you. It doesn't mean you have to resort to rudeness and namecalling. I'm simply pointing out that you could have made your point in a more mature fashion instead of acting like an asshole. Agree to disagree.

Your namecalling and petulance really drives home your point. Whateverburger is really a clever clever play on their name, I'm super impressed. Also, the whole "crayon" analogy you used falls completely flat on its face. Are you really saying that as a kid you would have rather had the 8 box of crayons than the 64?

Did you try the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit?

It seems like you missed the point I was trying to make. That's okay, I'll make it again. Most Whataburgers do not have taxidermy animals on display inside. That's probably specific to that one store (not surprised in the least bit that it's in Midland). If that's your only reason for not going back to Whataburger,

1. Have you even tried Whataburger? If not, then sit back down.

Get the Whataburger and then make sure you go late at night (after 11 PM) and buy at least one Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. The burgers at Whataburger are good, but the HBCB is the true draw for Whataburger in my opinion.

To be fair, that might be a Tuscon specific feature, I've never seen a Whataburger with taxidermy work in Texas.

You're wrong. You probably ordered a Whataburger when you went there because that's what you would normally order at In-N-Out, right? If that's the case you made probably the worst decision on the menu (and it's still quite good, I might add). Try the Patty Melt. Try the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. Try the

Nah we don't stand for that down here. There's just some lines you don't cross.

As a current Plano resident, I can tell you it's pretty much the epitome of bland suburb but for the most part, the people in this area are warm and friendly, and the people who are close-minded and do disagree with that lifestyle choice are at least friendly to your face. Plus, it's not like Plano is that bad of a

Bless your heart.

Clearly not enough education to form 2 grammatically correct sentences. "Such a state of Texas"? Space between a and bit? If you're going to be a hater you ought to make sure your argument is a little more airtight.

Damnit I knew I shouldn't have opened this thread at work. Now I have to go home and change.

You've got me there, but that's a matter of personal taste. To clarify I'm not saying you're wrong for not liking them, I just think previous brand stereotypes cloud people's perceptions of what the brand is now.

Personally, I probably wouldn't drive one at this point in my life, but I definitely understand why people

No, I don't actually. My mom's LS was at least comparable if not nicer than most mercs or BMWs I've ridden in. I think part of the reason many Europeans think that is the same reason that Korean cars are still regarded as crapboxes. Japanese cars were low quality about 20 years ago and so that stigma still lingers in

So is an Audi a VW in a dress? Or a Porsche for that matter? Just because they're made by the same parent company doesn't mean they're the same car. My mom drove them and I would say she's pretty far from soulless, having switched from a 300ZX when she bought her first one and having switched to a Boxster (stick)

I have a lot of friends that like them (my buddy has been lusting over an IS 350 for quite some time now) but they're definitely not high on the list of most car guys over here. They're more for people who want a status symbol and luxury than people who want a car that is fun to drive.
