I'll get one when they release a real Mario game and the next Zelda game

the thing is... it's a god damn apple store. the things are always packed with people toying around with the computers/iPads/whathaveyou of course they're going to be loud. you're not really supposed to be spending all day in there anyway and as the article says, they really aren't that loud in the first place.

the problem with this is that it will piss of the people who actually already do these steps and the rest of everyone will just lie about it.

the only thing that needs to be done with 8 is for them to enable the ability to default to the desktop. metro works well on tablets, it does not work well with a mouse and you shouldn't be forced to use it.

meh, to be honest the first thing I do on any of my devices is disable automatic brightness, I find it really annoying and the battery life is better with it off and the brightness set to a reasonable level

haha wow, this may be the least objective review I have ever read of anything

you do realize the "galaxy nexus III" isn't a real phone, and the galaxy s III (which I'm assuming you meant) is actually more powerful than the iPhone 5...

seriously, you shouldn't need to touch proxy settings. that's something totally different

that graphic should read "Don't Panic"

the galaxy s 3 comes with headphones are they are actually quite good, night and day compared to apples offering

personally i think 4 inches is the sweet spot. i've had an iphone since the 3G came out and while i have always been happy with it, i agree it could be a little bigger.

i'd guess that scope would be slightly better, seeing as its intended to go in your mouth anyway, the chances of it containing a shit load of poisonous stuff is lower.... maybe

so wait... that guy, with that coat, who is responsible for the most god awful Microsoft UI since Bob, is attempting to insult Apple's designs....

yeah i don't get that either... i'm on Rogers in Canada (on an iphone 4 no less, the 'king of dropped calls') and i've never dropped a call... hell i get 3 bars in elevators.

i wish i didn't hate the metro UI, but its so god damn ugly

i wonder if people realize that there are tons of factors to consider when addressing wireless performance. you cant just take 63 anecdotes of poor performance, of a device that has sold 3,000,000+ units and say that it is an issue. that many issues out of 3,000,000 isnt even statistically relevant.

nope, i've never had issues with my iphone 4, or my new ipad.

i have a 64GB 4G and have zero issues with wifi. connection is 100% stable and as fast as anything else i have on my network.

i would flat out refuse because:

i think a lot of you are taking this the wrong way. its not like apple is going to stop making macs tomorrow and leave us all with the new iPad and be done with it. i personally think its obvious that apple is headed in this direction, just take a look at the new features of lion and now mountain lion — very iOS.
