Volkswagen does offer a trackday from time to time. It's booked through TrackDaze and this year it will be a the newly reconfigured Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point Raceway in WV. It's not free, but is a reduced track day, IIRC.

Depends on the car. A brand new WRX STi is going to be tough...low volume high demand, at least initially. A leftover Ford Explorer...pretty easy.

WRC suspension design is insane - the way that the car just sits and powers out with no rebound after the landing is evidence of some kind of engineering black magic.

What model is yours? I currently drive a 2010 2.5, white, 2 doors, stick. It is an absolutely fantastic car, nothing but fun to drive and zero complaints. So solidly built, great ergonomics and well-designed interior. Man I love this car. Next purchase will probably be a GTI, or in a happy pretend dream world, an R. I

Somewhere on Earth, another rabbit knows exactly how it feels to have electical issues:

Neutral- Volvo please let me help you make a commercial. I already have the script written! (I wrote this on Oppo awhile back, re-post for your enjoyment)

Although I agree that the Jetta interior has been cheapened compared to the MkV, the Golf's interior definitely isn't cheap. Have you been in the Golf before? The thing has a nicer interior than plenty of cars that are in the next class up.

Yeah, it seems really weird to me also, and I work in advertising. It's rare to see this kind of pop, especially for a car that isn't a brand new model or some exciting redesign with a lot of buzz around it. I would need to see the data, but I would be very wary about attributing it to the campaign.

In your Dreams.

Pirelli is shit because the FIA mandates that they make shit.
