Excellent. I like BMW's new direction.

Though I'm sure most car manufacturer data is proprietary and secret, I'd be interested to know what particular conditions cause the safety measures to deploy.
And that is why I bought a GoPro.
Did you go to that? What year was it? I seem to remember a few Mustangs leaving some donuts by the main runway...
I can confirm that 1st gear is valid for lower end vehicles, too.
I'm pretty sure that's an auto, dude.
The major point in this that I really agree with is the ease with which anyone can get a drivers license. I wish it was harder to get, and basic requirements included driving a manual transmission and learning on a skid pad.
YES, that video is a classic, and apparently so old the Blue Angels aren't using Hornets...
I here he's going to replace it with a Cee'd from some English television program...
There is way to much beige on that list. Who would want to steal a 1999 Taurus, or a 1991 Camry?? Hilarious!
Was that at AirVenture? I seem to remember that booth...
That "Interceptors" opening was so awesome. Maybe during the 6 months of the year the BBC doesn't air Top Gear, they can film it!
I'm glad I jumped into a new VW Golf in 2010. Not a fan of the look of that new one, and with the general cheapening of the lower end VW vehicles, it's only a matter of time before they start cutting corners on the Golf too.
I'm totally going to use that if/when I get a chance to drive in that area. I'll also have to make sure I rent an M3 :D
Z4 rental, eh? Did the rental agency know about this "detour"?
So much awesome wrapped into this story. Is Ken a relaxed, modest dude in person?
If I ever have a son, he'll be able to change a tire, check the oil, and hoon properly before he ever gets into whatever vehicle I own at the time (still crossing my fingers it's a Ford GT, but if that happens, little dude isn't going anywhere near it).
