Do not want a roundhouse from a dude wearing those pants, for sure. Knees and elbows are the best because they don’t hurt when you shove them into someone’s bony face.

Seriously. If you’re coach/instructor/sensi doesn’t spend 85% of their time screaming “HANDS UP!!!!” you’re in a tae bo class.

Hands low while fighting is from poor instruction - or lack of fighting someone who actually wants to hit you. I’ve done traditional Japanese karate for the last 21 years and while we don’t keep our hands as tight to our face as boxers do, they should always be at least shoulder height.

As someone who has practiced multiple styles (starting with, and always keeping with Shaolin KF) from China, Japan, Korea, and I-Made-It-Up, I agree. Korean fighters rarely pay much attention to hand placement until they intend to use their hands, by which time they are telegraphing. Of course, that’s a generality,

Been to both. Driving down the main drag at OC is like being in a Hanna-Barbera cartoon. The same six stores appear over and over again. It’s a kind of boring place where getting really hammered is the most popular sport. Wildwood is trashy, but that’s why you go there. There’s a certain charm in its trashiness. Go

You can def find that tee shirt at Dewey.

I used to be a local, from Lewes! So back then I just called it “home.” I think I slipped into calling it the shore bc of all the Jersey people in NY, where I live now...I really miss Lewes.

Cape Henlopen State Park > Lewis Beach

I am from Dover De, and I agree!

This is all staged, that’s a professional acting dog- I heard that all the dogs from the Air Bud movies are Brooks’ Brothers.

Agreed, that is that attitude most people who are in the gym regularly have. I am always open to give advice however I never approach anyone.

When I first went to the gym I weighed over 300lbs. I got down to 180, which for my height is perfect health. I had people I didn’t even know come up to me to congratulate me every time I hit a milestone. I guess what I’m saying is people do notice, but really anyone into a fitness lifestyle is secretly rooting for

For people who are self conscious about going to the gym/getting judged.

They reminded me, in terms of crowd response, of Grand Master Sexay and that other guy. Not really anything special in the ring, but the live audience for TV looked forward to being involved in the gimmick, which made for more entertaining TV. You could throw the New Age Outlaws in there, too, I guess, but they were

“Look at the coward trying to jump through the window!!”

It aint HBK throwing Janetty through a window.

Thee bethink thee art so plaited.
