A good friend of ours is in charge of the local ER and we offered to bring whoever was there coffee and doughnuts. I wasn’t sure they would take us up on it, given everything they have going on, but they did and it brightened their day

Two weeks ago my wife and 10-year-old daughter were deep into the coronavirus news on a Saturday a.m. After a while my daughter came upstairs upset with tears in eyes. She was concerned about her PopPop, who is in his late 80s, getting sick.
