Father of an only child here. I’m an only child myself, my wife has one sibling. With our daughter, the birthing process was traumatic and after a week in another hospital’s NICU, she came home with us.

I vaguely remember a trip my parents and took to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg, which was the only vacation we took as the three of us. My Dad worked in a local auto plant five days a week and the concept of time spent not working was an anathema.

This place is a literal hole-in-the-wall off the beaten path. A former auto garage converted to a gym. Minimal heat in the winter, definitely no AC in the summer. Great place to lose water weight.
I do classes. 75 minutes. Mix of bag work, partner drills focused on in-ring tactics, with core/cardio/strength mixed in.
Same here with body-image issues. I’ve stopped obsessively looking at a scale and now go by how I feel, how clothes fit.
