I came upon a hit and run just as the hitter was making a u-turn and speeding off. Since we were now going the same direction, I called 911 via my Bluetooth, gave them the plate number, make/model/color of truck, and number of occupants.

I would say he’s modestly successful, based on a cursory look at his social media. He has the benefit of operating in a small area so that is probably why.
