Lets be honest here, H2Oi isnt some anomaly as far as showoff behavior at car meets/shows. It simply is just that to the Nth degree.

My basic survival mechanism for NYC was to assume that every other driver was a moron. Especially if they didnt have NY plates with parking scrapes on the bumper. I managed to do that for 8 years without getting into an accident.
Still, my least favorite bridge was the Goethals. I felt like I was going to get sideswiped every time I drove over it.
I lived in Bushwick for years and had to take the bridge to get to the city or LGA. You could see the rebar in it where the pavement had worn away and nobody bothered to fix it. I felt safer traveling across the Tappan Zee and that is saying a lot.
Having lived in AZ for two years recently, I would say that they are a little bit more low key. Same love of meth but its too hot for them to put in as many derp-hours as FL.
That or the house has to be rebuilt using stilts like they required in much of the Jersey Shore when it got flooded from Sandy.
