Honestly, this all sounds like piss poor training for the guard and him getting pissed that he actually had to do his job.

That the drivers test was going to be hard and its to make sure the roadways are safe. After having lived in the DC Metro area for years, it seems that they are given out in those USPS mailers that you get when you register your address change.

Not calling out anyone in particular but this is where the DIY craze goes off the rails. Ive seen a lot of very dangerous work being done from advice given on YouTube from people that are by no means professionals. They are your typical shadytree mechanics that pop up when you search how to do something.

Having dated a NYC Metro agent in the past, I can give you some insight into how all of this goes down.

The first car I bought for myself was a 95 Prelude (in 1998) and I loved that car. It was sporty and fun while being very practical for a college kid.

I know that this is splitting hairs at this point but these guys are not a typical frat. They are a engineering fraternity instead of the usual social fraternity. Dont know if that makes this any different but it should at least be pointed out.

Just watch Robert Reich’s ‘Inequality for All’ and it explains the correlation.

I need to know what everyday things in my house are secretly trying to kill me!

I want to say thank you for this. In your last post that I commented on, I blasted Splinter for just running hit pieces on people and never promoting those who are actually trying to change things for the better.

I must know their secret! Someone in their apartment 2 doors down thinking about a sound seems to wake me up.

Watched the first ep of Fist of the Blue Sky last night. My god was hit horrible. The CGI is choppy as hell, the character designs are even more outrageous than the other series, and the story is just boring. It just screams at being a money grab through fan service.

Having read a lot of the responses to this, I think some people are missing a crucial point. This is by no means a ‘one size fits all’ approach. This is for people who are having issues getting actual dates on the typical matching apps.

Yeah? You ever read Robert Reich? Or are you just going to throw inflammatory posts around to make yourself feel smarter. Stop patting yourself on the back and go read something.

Im not a bike person but it looks like he came into the turn at the same angle and speed as the rider in front of him. Do bikes have a tendency to understeer under throttle or brake?

I am by no means saying that a lot of people in this country are not ill informed and only vote based on sound bites and at the direction of talking heads. Without excusing things such as racism, sexism, and nationalism, many on the Democratic do the same thing when it comes to their candidates. They all believe that

The problem is that people seem to still be buying in of this utopian ideal of capitalism or a free market economy. The fallacy is the idea that people will choose long term stability over short term gains. It goes against human nature. The banks went insane trying to boost shareholder value with sub-prime loans and

Sadly, I do agree with you.

Citizens United needs to be thrown out before anything can happen. As long as corporations and the PACs are deciding who the candidates are its going to be a sham no matter who gets elected. If they dont like a candidate, they are just going to funnel millions into that district for the opposition. Its absurd.

The hardliners will never compromise. I am not advocating that someone go along with the GOP plan and expect that they will somehow be altruistic later on. If they wont budge then there is no reason for a Democrat to do the same.

I do completely agree with you that the current system we have is broken. It is pretty much the same people just wearing different hats because their base demands it of them.
