Shatner’s got some nerve calling out people’s appearances as “stunts.”  His last outing as Kirk saw him travel through time so Picard could see him get crushed to death by a small footbridge that was spanning 2 boulders.

I’m not normally one to argue in favor of nationalizing a business rather than regulating it, but if this man was murdered to stop him from telling everyone how they skirted the regulations...

Well and there’s a reason actual bulletproof cars have specific rating for it and more than just thicker metal in the body panels.

No criminal use because who would seek out a huge and heavy 50 caliber weapon when there are nearly limitless other options that kill just as well and cost thousands less.

The kind of people who prep for this situation tend to be the kind of people who fantasize about this situation. There’s a part of them (sometimes a big part of them) that hopes this will happen.

I read a fiction novel, where terroists started bombing the security lines. Its a perfect vector now. Bags aren’t screened on entry to the airport - so a huge roller bag of c4 can come right into line - and there are often 1000+ people packed tightly waiting to get through a security bottleneck..

This MBA agrees. I worked in DoD acquisition and took great joy in calling out vendors’ bullshit because I could accurately predict their behaviors and excuses.
