As someone who deals with an actual, literal food allergy (Tree nuts put me into anaphylaxis pretty fucking quickly), I appreciate an article illustrating the difference. There’s a wide gulf between “quite debilitating” and “will literally fucking kill people.”

You’d have to be pretty petty to get upset if someone declines your food because it doesn’t agree with them. There’s also the “sorry, I’m not a fan of X” reply too that shouldn’t be received as insulting either. Besides, deviled eggs are one hell of a divisive hors d’oeuvre. That, caviar and pate are all host

wasnt nintendo the reason why you arent allowed to sell used games in japan?

Yes, because it’s not like Nintendo has never done anything like this before.

Did you miss the part where I said “I’m not condoning non consensual touching of other people, at all.”

So I’m not condoning non consensual touching of other people, at all.

What’s with the “17" thing here? The age of consent in California is 18, but it’s lower (16 being the average, according to Wikipedia)  in pretty much every other state. So where was this shot? There are “Romeo and Juliet exceptions” so how old was Drake?

If you strike me down, I will become more powerful then you can possibly imagine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable amount he is suing for relative to the value of what the manager had offered.

Clearly, lifetime food is over-payment for the harm caused, but the manager was likely trying to head off an insurance claim and lawsuit. Considering how much food BK throws away, the cost to the

Yeah, 100%.

I’m not taking Brooner’s side, but I fail to see how a twenty-odd year old sexual assault conviction is relevant to this matter...

Every time I see Pai’s stupid smug face, my feet tingle with the desire to dropkick him.

Is this true?”

Almost every single one of these ares stupid.  Piccolo made me laugh though.

what if kotaku talked about actually good memes jesus christ

Why is it up for debate? By that logic far more regulation is NEEDED everywhere because lord knows there is a lot of stuff that kids shouldn’t have access to that is readily advertised far more openly than most e-cigs have been. LET ALONE any real vape products. that stuff has blatantly been it’s onw inkept culture

What exactly can they do?  Isn’t it already illegal for anyone under 18 to purchase them?

The FDA should be concerned about teens vaping as far as JUUL is concerned, but if the choice is between traditional tobacco and other forms of vaping, the harm reduction route trumps. In an ideal world no one would start a bad habit, but this is reality and even with regulations, people find a way to obtain and use

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it is planning to meet with the manufacturers of e-cigarette products over what it’s consistently called an “epidemic” of teen vaping.

Better than cigs. Who cares.
