I don't get why they have classified the cost for the program. The amount the gov't wasted spent doesn't reveal a whole lot. I mean I could tell you that I spent $120,000 on a new car, but you wouldn't know if it were a Bentley or a Lambo or a nice Ferrari, or any of a dozen other high end cars.
