Well, people do tend to look like their parents.

Its just, the whole thing is about the routine continuing as the audience grows. It definitely picks up steam as the venue and audience changes and gets bigger. If you like her stand up and the show I think it would be worth giving it another shot

How far did you watch that special? because it doesn’t stay with her husband for that long.

I like Lakieth Stanfield in other stuff, but I felt like he was bad in this movie. I know there probably isn’t much to work with, but nothing felt believable or natural from him. Just a really flat performance.

Janet was definitely my favorite part of the show as well! Before I finished the show the first time I was thinking a Janet focused one off show would be pretty awesome.
