I think that’s the problem with our political system. Too many people view it as a sport, but care little about what happens after the election.

That poll wasn’t accurate. It’s final poll had trump up by about 3-4 points. Clinton won the popular vote by over 2 percent. Thus, the national polls were t that far off. The state polls were, however.
I like Kirsten Gillibrand, but I think she’s too dull. We need another Obama. This election proved that personality wins.
I think that is somewhat distinguishable. The primary polling was based in large part on the assumption that the demographics of the state would be the same as in 2008. But 2008 was an anomaly because the state had no competitive primary (because it moved its election up) and Obama/Edwards were not even on the…
While I do think the Clinton campaign made some missteps, a bigger issue was that the polling in states was so off. There wasn’t a single credible poll in Wisconsin or Michigan that showed Trump winning. Marquette (the gold standard in WI), for example, had Clinton up by six in its final poll. In Michigan, Clinton…
My family is Republican and voted for Trump (they live in a blue state thankfully). They have literally no clue who he picked for any of his cabinet posts, are generally unaware of all of his Twitter tirades, and are also unaware of the CIA report re Russian hacking. They’ve basically put their heads in the sand…
I think sexism absolutely played a role in this election— it also did during the 2008 primary. The amount of criticism that Clinton faced was ridiculous considering who leveled that criticism.
The Republicans have basically tuned out at this point.
If I’m not mistaken Flynn wouldn’t need to be confirmed by the Senate. He’s likely to get his job— which is a shame for everyone else because he was fired for creating chaos at the DIA.
It enrages me that Clinton’s emails, etc. were the focus of this campaign, and raised by people who did worse. Christie led cheers of lock her up at the RNC, even when Bridgegate was about to go on trial. Flynn actually disclosed classified information. And Rudy took money from foreign governments.
It just amazes me how much time was spent on emailz, Benghazi, and the Clinton Foundation, when everything with Trump is objectively a million times worse. I just hope that now the Democrats grow a spine and give Trump the treatment that Republicans gave to Hillary.
I could barely do a 7 hr flight. A 18 hr flight sounds like hell.
I read in Politico that he’s also ditched Lewandowski. Sad!
Soon (fast forward to ~1:31):
Well, her hair is already dead because she dyes it too much. Seriously Kellyanne just give up and wear a wig at this point.
I disagree with the MI court’s ruling— I do think Stein has standing. That said,I do question Stein’s motives for the recount.
I think that he is relegated to hosting Family Feud is poetic justice
That wave of discontent and money would be better spent elsewhere, rather than spending on keeping a professional troll like Jill Stein relevant. This recount is completely useless and Jill Stein knows it is.
Recounts aren’t free, but they do not cost the amount of money that she needed to raise. This is a scam. And if it’s not for the money, it’s definitely yet another publicity stunt by Stein.
The recount is highly unlikely to produce a different result (the WI recount is already showing that). Stein is merely doing this for attention, and probably to help retire her campaign debts.
