Seems a little weird/creepy to me.
“Where does he get all those wonderful toys?” now has a new, horrible meaning.
The only difference is that politicians usually give a timeframe that ends after their term in office, so that they can’t be held accountable (i.e. “We’ll balance the budget in 10 years!”). It feels a little different to hear this with a date that would still be viable during her first term.

Naw, jk. Those movies blow.
That’s why we chose dirt colored grout to start with!
Already empty and hollow inside so I’m all set. Grout stains here I come!
It’s criminal what they did/didn’t do, so yeah, close enough for me.
Man, that was a fun show before the whole actual presidency made it....less fun.
Epic FAILure of a movie.
I think one reason it failed was that it was yet another in an endless series of reboot-origin stories. People are bored silly with origin stories, and this film might’ve worked if it had been something like the same Ghostbusters firm, thirty years later, and these are the people who work there now. Origin stories are…
The commercials just looked bad. The jokes in them fell flat and killed any interest I had in seeing it. It felt like a needless reboot but the trailers made it look like it skewed more towards slapstick instead of playing it straight-faced and letting the humor happen like the original. The gag about how the slime…
Yea the movie ended up annoying me. They had a high budget and some talented actors but it was very forgettable and too many of the jokes where a miss. it really was in pixels, R.I.P.D land with way too much special effects moments that go nowhere.
Been hearing this more and more lately. And I totally agree. Deadpool really did it right. Lower the stakes, focus on a few characters and tell a good story.
I’d say it probably didn’t achieve the success they hoped it would be because it was a lazy reboot that attempted to cash in on nostalgia.
Sorry, but the movie just wasn’t that good. I really wish it had been better and it should have been better given all the talent on-hand. It just wasn’t. And I they must have made a shit ton of money on the merchandising or animated versions to them to push so hard to keep franchising this because it doesn’t make…
The movie should never have been rebooted to begin with, male or female cast.
Yeah, it isn’t white washing, it’s more of the “White Savior” trope, like in Avatar and Tarzan and many other stories and movies the white guy comes into a different country/culture (usually less civilized, but it’s not the case here) and not only does he become better than them at the things they have been doing…
