While dressed as a nun I guess.

Actually Brian made perfect sense. Brian seems to be very laid back and probably easier to work with some of the others. Also, Nick knew his skill level well from previous team-ups and he never had any issues working around him from what we saw.

When was this? The only hand shaking I recall was during the sniff and sneer, and I recall that being the usual meeting with Nina and judges that we see every time with her going up to them and shaking their hands as soon as they approach her.

Tom more likely held her making a shitty substitute against her rather than not following his advice. Tom has always been very vocal about wanting chefs to focus their efforts on making good dishes into great ones instead of pouring your efforts into making a decent dish out of a vortex of suck.

They wouldn't do that for the same reason they don't change to a season encompassing ranking. That would kill the suspense that judging each ep as a one-off provides.

Actually Nina was constantly going on about how much she wanted to honor her father for inspiring her to cook and be a role model to the people of Saloosha.

I hate conspiracy bullshit with a passion. When you start implying that people win or lose based on imaginary bullshit about about judges having deep seated biases that you can never prove you're not advocating for the one you think was screwed, you're just insulting everyone involved.

Um no. Bones and I have nothing in common.

I don't think you can call Deschanel's character sassy.

Carlos does gets unfairly ripped for focusing on Mexican cuisine, much like ripping Beverly of the Texas season for cooking asian as if Asia has only one culinary viewpoint, but his focusing and the others focusing has largely been different as Shirley and the rest have used multiple aspects of their culinary

Unfortunately Marcel didn't win his season so he would not be an option.

Mmm. Deep fried bacon wrapped lobster soul.

I thought the QF criticism was well deserved. Po'Boys shouldn't bore.

It starts this coming Monday for us.

Argh Zoie Palmer. I got happy for about 30 seconds when I thought they might really be writing her out. Of course that didn't last.

I think that the wesen fear is due to them expecting a decapitation.

Yeah. A real in-universe explanation should have happened already.

Its not full corroboration but last week after Nick saw their guests mini-woge he started looking away from her until his surprise went away. I think they had Nick do something similar last season to keep a criminal from realizing he was a Grimm.

Grimms just look like humans to wesen. Wesen recognize Grimms from their reaction to their mini-woge.

For me the high points of the ep were having the wesen involved in this week's case be just the victims, and the Juliette and friend ass whooping. I'd give this ep a B-.
