Bob, I think you misunderstand me. I'm saying that literally all drivers hate all bicyclists specifically because of this incident with this moron, who is representative of every two-wheeled human-powered human/machine pairing on the roads today.

Or, zero grey area. The cyclist could have been doing any number of things, looking down, looking off the bridge, etc. That doesn't excuse a car from driving on a pedestrian bride (which is essentially, a sidewalk.)

Because filing an incident report for this would require effort that could be better spent nailing 3 people doing 5 over the limit to generate ticket revenue.
