It’s a little bit pricey, but appears to be in good shape. If everything is sorted mechanically with some of the known issues already taken care of, then NP.

You would have to flash the ECU also. Lotus maintains tight control over their ECU code, and only a handful of shops are able to do it. It tends to be pricey.
