That was a fine post.

To me it just sounded like RAWWR Every curse in the book! People should be ashamed of themselves for buying sequels! Now, go forth and buy HD rehashes, so that we may get a sequel of which I approve, you useless ****s.

"Those ****ers are new, they don't play anything else, and they're eager to pay for the same old **** time after time, after time, after ****ing time again. "

Yeah I agree that was the weakest Halo novel, but I always chalked it up to the author being hamstrung by having to follow the events of the first game so closely.

Too Human

That doesnt make a whole lot of sense. Of course there will always be games you, or the "consensus" dont like, as is the case with movies, books, TV shows, and every other creative endeavor under the sun.

Have to agree with the gang of responses here. Its because the "beef" Taco Bell serves is not good. My friends and I have always regarded it as cow face, litigation notwithsatnding. That doesnt stop me eating it occasionally, haha.

Sophia Coppola is awful in it. I know nothing about what makes a good or bad actor, but that is one of the very few film performances that stands out to me as flat out poor work. I think that is one of the main reasons it catches so much flak, and overall its definitely worth watching.

Just heard about this for the first time tonight, and I was thinking the same. Definitely looking forward to it!

Talk about being late to the party, but any Metallica fans who havent heard Periphery's version of One, from the Homefront "soundtrack" should check it out. Wasnt really into the rest of the songs, but I thought that one was was very cool indeed.

How many more times are you going to post this?

Damn, no Wes Luger quotes? The intense little "yeah" at the end of the scene with Charlie Sheen would have worked well.

I see reasons why you think Skyrim is better than Portal 2, but no reasons why the fact that a simple majority of Kotaku editors disagree offends you so.

Kotaku just finished a whole year's worth of coverage - thousands of articles about hundreds of games, covering, praising and scolding work across all genres and platforms. Yet you dismiss the whole team as not being knowledgeable about the art of gaming because of this post? In this very article it says that not

It turns out Owen was right. Nothing was better than Portal 2 this year.

I think I played an Invasion match with that guy! At the time, GeneralMills The Pancake Fiend seemed like an odd gamertag, but now it all makes sense.

Im sure when the game is released there will be plenty of frighteningly long tear down comments from the legions of people that come in and yell at Tim Rogers every time he posts an article.

That's so tough because I love the newer movies, the Arkham games and the first Burton film, but I have to go with the cartoon as the definitive version for me. Due to volume, if nothing else. The animated series had so much material, so many great stories over the years. And it also helps me agree with you that

I enjoyed it, and made it through multiple times to see the maxed out versions of the powers. Two things I really didnt like were the unskippable cutscenes, as fahey mentioned. So aggravating, it should be a given that any game with ng+ should have the option to skip scenes. They choices all happen in dialog trees

Wow this kind of sucks, I miss him already.
