Im surprised at how many people dont know that that word is an ethnic slur.

Until I saw the word spelled out, I did not make the connection. Interesting what we still can learn.

Except they don’t give a shit about what’s legal. As demonstrated by the countless IP thieves already stealing legally protected content.

Series X does have a limitation keeping some games from running on it: The Series S.

If you don’t want to try getting a game to run on the Series S (which is a lot weaker and has 37.5% less RAM) then you can’t make a Series X game, because MS requires they work on both.

Now SE is probably full of shit here, but that

Have we already found this generation’s “women are hard to animate”?

The point of language is to communicate things. Regardless of whether it is done to exacting specifications, as long as it’s successful is all that really matters.

Should have used this image instead

  • Simplified wiring harnesses, using a network of switches within the car that connect over Ethernet.

The way I see it, people just wanted to create content for their viewers and the new popular stuff is usually what attracts the most viewers.

Also, I’m Jewish, and the game and the worldbuilding has always reeked of anti-semitism in regards to Goblins, with the game literally showcasing a shofar and conveniently attach

Doubtful, the majority of people buying it don’t have much skin in the race on either side and don’t really care either way. A boycott was never going to work, the thing is a huge part of pop and fantasy culture now. The people equating playing the game to murdering trans people were never going to buy it, and the

After putting over 100 hours into Persona 5 Royal, it’s clear to me you can make a game that is a school social sim half the time and a supernatural adventure the other half without much issue.  It sounds like they want to just make another open world collect-a-fest here

Oh my god. It’s not literally a collage. No one thinks this. I completely udnerstand the process. The end result is still an algortihm that can’t create, it can replicate things it’s already been trained on. Stable Diffusion can’t go “I want to paint a dog” it can only spit out a mathmatically generated amalgamation

Anyone else thinking that JKR’s bigotry actually INCREASED sales, especially for the bigots in the video game fandom?

I’m actually kinda upset that it isn’t just Persona but Harry Potter, as Persona could translate very well into Harry Potter. Just finagle the combat into being something else, and you’d have a genuinely good “school simulator” with Hogwarts. Bare minimum, they could have copied the old stat bars from GTA and apply

The 3 year old’s art will be art. Because it was created with creative intent. “AI artists” do not do this. Even their creators say they only replicate art. scribbling all over a coloring book is art, because what makes art is the creative effort of the creator. Phrases like “creative activity” or “creative skill and

People are going to hem and haw about that first sentence, but it’s still worth pointing out imo. It’s an easy ask, but they act like any sort of mild criticism or disappointment at the choice to buy/stream the game is equal to discrimination and harassment. It’s not, but they feel like they’re entitled to both enjoy

I think it’s been well received thanks to nostalgia.

I think for them to have made a Hogwarts school simulator they would’ve had to make a very different game. It is a little weird that you just go to one class randomly at different parts of the year, but it’s ultimately just a backdrop for you to learn new spells and have some classroom interactions. The school is

But computers still don’t and can’t make art. They can use existing artwork to predict what art might look like, and replicate the look/feel of exisitng art. But no “AI Artist” has any capacity for creative or generative thought. If it doesn’t exist in the training dataset, the computer can’t come up with it.

Makes sense to me. Most adults I know have been in 1 or zero accidents in their lifetime.
