I agree with you to a point. Yes they sucked but in reality I think it is the concept that sucked. Trying to make a 2 ton plus car in to a trackable beast never really stood that much of a chance. In light of this challenge I don't think they did *that* bad on the X5M

A MANUAL! THATS ALL I WANT! The 1st gen in 04 had a manual gearbox and it is a fucking classic. Not having a manual option in a hot hatch is disgraceful. I don't even care how good it is to drive at this point. I am just going to my corner now to pout.
