Lucasfilm, not Lucas. You’re correct, Disney (ultimately) owns both Lucasfilm & Marvel, but they’ve also had a history of not crossing IP across Divisions. When they do it’s typically very specific cases. I can’t see a casual mixing of IPs that way.

I don’t know that I can provide a link, but Lucasfilm has produced several magazines over the years when Marvel didn’t have the license featuring Jaxxon. The most prominent was WOTC’s Star Wars Gamer # 4 http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Star_Wars_Gamer_4 

Sadly Jaxxon is a Lucasfilm copyright, unlike Howard who was a Marvel copyright. Given Disney owns both, it’s possible but highly unlikely.
