I don’t have a dog in this fight but wanted to point out that being arrested is very different than being charged and further being convicted.

Um. In this case yes. Because there is no evidence of abuse. There were no charges filed. The victim is saying it was not abuse, just cops overreacting to an argument (considering it happened in a public airport I’m inclined to believe her).

I hope you guys get some help. That does not sound like a safe situation.

Amber’s previous partner has said it was not DV and that the cops, whom she speculates were homophobic, arrested Amber needlessly. No charges were filed against Amber. So, no, that incident has nothing to do with anything and is proof of nothing. Nice try though.
