Since I'm a "lark", a morning person that can wake up at the crack of dawn no problem, my best nap time without compromising my evening sleep pattern is from 12 pm to 2 pm. "Owls" should take a later nap at like 3pm or 4pm. I think...
The only downside to training myself to taking quick naps in the car at lunch break is that sometimes I get sleepy at inopportune times like traffic jams and waiting for people in parking lots.
