I liked that the game pad matched the zelda 3DS that came out a few years back. I'm really only ever looking at the game pad and not the system! So in my mind the system didn't need the designs as much as the pad did.

That space has style, and a restrained vivacity - lots of textures and forms that integrate well into the space and each other.

I prefer my space to be jarring and off kilter. No one relaxes but me!
