Try to dream journal. Like as soon as you wake up. There's about a 2 min window you have. I keep one and it's been SUPER helpful.

I tend to have dreams that are more like memories of an event that hasn't happened yet, and then when that event happens I become super clear on the details of what's about to happen. These usually don't happen often, maybe a few times a year, and last for no more than 3 min in total.

First off... that was some light use of jewelry for an Indian wedding... I was all ONE necklace? a few small bangles? The bride us usually so burdened with gold and jewels that she can barely move. Secondly... that was a pretty rad commercial!

I assume most of these are neuron misfires... but I started keeping a Dream Journal, and 99% of the time when I have one of these moments I can look back a few weeks and see that I had a dream that matched the instance. I try to get as specific as I can. You should keep one too.

I usually don't butt in to people's lives and tell them stuff... It always ends in someone getting mad (I'm too blunt).
