I rewatched it not long ago and had the same feeling.

How they haven’t weaponized that shit and taken over the world, I still don’t know. I mean, there are only so many gay men immune to its charms....

I just don’t get these neo nazi kids. They are literally young enough to know better.

Right? Pussies push big ol babies out and they recover. Tap a dudes balls, however, and we’re down for the count. Pussies are way tougher than balls.

Who said she’s “choosing to plateau?”

My point is that our rich guys (and girls) kind of...dont. the economic meltdown is as much the fault of Democrats as republicans. The new Clintonian centrism that got the democratic party in bed with people like rubin and summers makes Dems just ad responsible as the gop. And then we were supposed to blow off hilarys

I will not let trump troll my feels, so to speak, anymore. This guy, though. Jesus.

We don’t agree, actually. Again, I’m not judging or condemning this woman, I just want to know the details so better and more helpful policy can be formulated.

I probably should have included an explicit caveat, but none of my questions were intended to imply that she should necessarily be able to pull herself ou. Quite the contrary, I’m asking these questions because the answers will hopefully help inform public policies that reach such people.

Yeah. Notice the parentheses. Its a footnote. My point is that, for the most part, we don’t hold the feet of our own to the same fire.

Good stuff, especially re black owned businesses. Marcus garvey was saying it 100 years ago and malcolm x was saying it 50 years ago, but it still hasn’t happened yet, for some reason. Economics is a form of power and when you don’t have much in a society, conserving all you have becomes critical. But I don’t hear

You’re welcome! I always appreciate thoroughly unsubstantive comments and feel like acknowledging them is just the right thing to do.

My gosh, you sound dismissive while also not offering anything constructive. Well done.

I’m just here for the verbing of greyjoy, probably the best thing I’ll read all week.

Ok, you’re right. There’s nothing to learn from this situation that might improve public policy. Got it.

But for anyone else who wishes to seriously discuss the matter...asking these questions and finding the answers to them are how (white) society looks in the mirror and tries to figure out where how and why it has failed its most vulnerable and creates a path toward correcting it.

I didn’t say anything about these jobs being for kids, nor did I intend to imply it You appear to have read a lot of things into my comment that aren’t there.
