I don’t have the extra coin to pony up to add one to my own moto stable right now but I’m reeeeally getting keen on making it happen sooner rather than later.

I spend a great deal of time working on mobility with my athletes and clients (and myself, for that matter). For most of them, it’s the first they’ve ever put any time or effort into it and, though there’s usually push back at the beginning, that goes away fast when everything else - recovery, lift capacity, daily…

Unless running in compression tights, it’s compression shorts under my running shorts - nasty chafing to my inner thighs and to weewellgruntled educated me really quickly many years ago. It’s almost always compression shorts when I workout, whether lifting, running, whatever; if not, it’s at least long length…

I’m at the point where these particular heads can literally roll in full view out in the public square.

Related side note: as great a show as it was, Community was far too painfully accurate sometimes..

Beautiful weather has meant a lot of time on the water and on my bikes, both pedal- and motor-powered, so no complaints from me. Fingers crossed for second vax doses soon, travel restrictions lifted to adventure farther afield, and to get out of the greys here on Jalopnik
