I spend a great deal of time working on mobility with my athletes and clients (and myself, for that matter). For most of them, it’s the first they’ve ever put any time or effort into it and, though there’s usually push back at the beginning, that goes away fast when everything else - recovery, lift capacity, daily

Unless running in compression tights, it’s compression shorts under my running shorts - nasty chafing to my inner thighs and to weewellgruntled educated me really quickly many years ago. Sweet rainy day binge material - thanks for sharing, Bradley!

hot take!

salt covered and/or glare from how sunlight is hitting it?

When you really need to get to Toronto and the border is still closed?

Baked from noon to 1 this afternoon, cooled from 1-2, freezered from 2-7 and just consumed this evening: absolutely delicious!

The narrowing field of vision on a bike at that speed is unsettling. Even on the beautifully wide-open and desolate stretches of the Trans-Canada Highway through New Brunswick - where you can see for what feels like forever, the highway is divided, the trees are groomed way, way back from the shoulder (fewer moose

If you use them right, straps are a great training tool.
