For what it’s worth, I still enjoy Defiance and RIFT, so Trion gets a pass from me. I steered clear of Archeage the second I knew about mandatory open world pvp. Also, Trove is lots of fun.

It makes sense to do it this new way. With the rate that sale prices fluctuate high and low during these sales and the revamped refunds, I think they saved themselves and steam users’ time by doing this.

You don’t believe that a PS4 game could get ported over to PC based on whatever success that Disgaea 1 on PC has? PC has been getting a ton of JRPG games lately from Final Fantasy to Dynasty Warriors to HyperDemension Neptunia ReBirth 1 - 3. This shows it’s completely within the realm of possibility.

Disgaea 5 is for PS4 though, and if Disgaea 5 releases for PC, that’s kinda the point I’m going for.

If anything, this has proved that Blizzard was right to require an always-online connection to Bnet on the PC version. I stopped playing Dungeon Defenders on Xbox 360 because of the amount of hacked items people were using.
