I’m 6'1 and I fit in a Miata...barely. With a helmet, no way!

Doesn’t matter.  I can’t fit in your Miata, or anyone else’s.

Yeah, to each their own, but when I see them out and about, they look cheap to me and not really attractive. Perhaps they are good for their intended purpose but I’ve never wanted a car so much that I’d pay over msrp and couldn’t imagine this being the first to break that feeling. Especially when its just a matter of

It doesn’t look like you can say that anymore. :)

All of this is a prime example of both how and why the dealer model needs to die and how Ford screwed up the Bronco’s rollout with its reservation system. Ford should have done a better job of explaining to customers how reservations work.

Yep, I know that I’ll probably get my reservation filled at a later date than most everyone else since I went with the small dealer in WV.

Asked my sales guy yesterday about this. Said they sell at MSRP and usually don’t get anything in writing, but could get something in writing if I wanted.

100% agree.

Amen!  Besides that, and a few other minor issues overall it’s not a bad design.  But the wheel well chonk and 4-5 inches of visual height front to rear need to be removed to make it look good.  And I’m not talking about lowering the car - talking about cutting the fat out of the body.

If the only problem you have with a vehicle’s aesthetics are the front bumper, then overall you enjoy the way the car looks.  To me, the 10th generation is such a hot mess that there isn’t a single thing on the exterior I’d leave alone.  The entire proportions are off.

Yeah, I know. I’ve driven the previous-gen and it’s not awful, but wouldn’t be my choice. Either way, it’s unlikely a WRX will ever set wheel in my garage. Don’t like sedans, for one, and Subaru’s trim mix options will make it too expensive to get things like heated seats. So, pass.

It was a “certified turd-floater”, fwiw (in Oklahoma). I would’ve gotten over to the right if there weren’t semis going slower than me in that lane. Thankfully the car on the right shoulder got all the way off the road before stopping, but that’s not really a safe place either when no one can see the stripes on the

That green though.

I’m talking about 1/4 mile of the heaviest rain you can imagine. There’s no pulling off safely - moving out of your lane or stopping would be the most dangerous thing you could do. We were through it in a couple minutes, but it could’ve easily led to a terrible pileup if someone had slammed on the brakes right when it

Great, and now Tesla’s removing non-optical sensors from their cars while simultaneously touting more and more automated driving in their vehicles. The roads are already littered with people who can barely think about driving their own cars as it is, are actively turning into worse drivers by relying on systems that

Same. I wish it was defeatable like those godawful stop/start systems.

if it could it would be quite a scary ride to get into a huge storm and the car keeps going like nothing is happening

It’s amazing what you can do with money once you’ve got a little bit of it.

Same. My wife and I are very frugal because we have different priorities than most people. We bought our house long before our peers and are working towards a second home/income property. We do have 1 emotional driven poor financial expenditure though: boats. Even though I DIY all the maintenance to keep costs low,

I think with the average life of the car growing, and interest rates low, people are more comfortable taking longer loans. I am confident that a camry, pilot, etc will still be in good shape at the end of the 7-8yr loan term. Whether that is acceptable or not is another question.
