The suggestion in question wasn’t a suggestion, it was a comment looking for opinions on how best to address the study’s finding that houses with gas stoves have a statistically significant higher likelihood of having higher rates of asthma and other respiratory issues than those with electric stoves, and a better

When responding to multiple comments, especially from the same person, it is helpful to quote exactly what you’re responding to.

To that end...

Fair enough, so Class C RV’s too but I doubt Class B’s have anything to worry about unless they are based on the heaviest variant of the chassis.

Yeah... government requiring that a house you have built have good air quality even if you do decide to get a gas stove. What a bunch of assholes...

Did you actually read it?

It says in the article that if they are going to ban anything (which they say they are not likely to do) it will be gas stove hookups in new construction. More likely, they will recommend modifications to the building code to increase the ventilation requirement for those that chose to install

Notably absent: 9mm round to the leg. That slows them down a lot.

1) Just because a corporation registers a vehicle in another state doesn’t necessarily mean those vehicles have to leave the state regularly, if at all.

Revamped semi’s with rebuilt older engines without all of the electronics and emissions controls that get away with it simply because they are only required to have emissions equipment required when the block was built even though pretty much everything but the block and heads are new.

Industry response: “lol, ok... we’ll just register our fleet in Nevada then and give them our tax money instead.”

If anything, only Class A RV’s would have to worry about this.

Oh good, you’re charging off-peak when much of the renewable energy production is offline and NG Peaker Plants have to come online to charge your wheels.

Don’t forget the additional cost for tires. The cars are heavier and prefer to run special tires than can handle the additional load while also having low rolling resistance, which costs more. If you throw regular tires on them they will wear out faster and have worse handling due to weaker sidewalls.

I was thinking Joe Dirt, but that works too.

The republican’s celebration after sticking it to the Dems:

lol at the idea of calling a Tesla a “Luxury” car.
