I’m so happy you did this FAQ. I wanted to like this movie, I really did. But it reminded me of Prometheus: unlikeable characters getting themselves killed off through their own incompetence. Although given that it’s so much simpler and has awesome dinosaur fights, this still easily beats out Prometheus.

Although I do believe Hot Fuzz is the best of the films, that’s not to say that either Shaun of Dead or The World’s End are anything short of brilliant. Truly my favorite collection of films ever.

Believe me, it brought me no joy to even mention it.

Small correction, the stuff with Pied Piper blowing up Apokolips happened in “Countdown to Final Crisis”, not any of the One Year Later storylines.

I feel like a lot of recaps/reviews of this episode make Fitz out to be an unwitting patsy who only realized his part in the deception when he was in the taxi. From where I'm sitting, Fitz was in on it from the moment he realized what Simmons was doing with the cube. That entire conversation was just over-dramatic

To those complaining that there appear to be none of the original Runaways characters involved in this series, I'd suggest pointing them in this direction:

Oh man, how great would it be if there was a segment at the end of each episode where the creators popped up and gave sex tips?

Seemed like the phosphorus was starting to eat through the suit pretty quickly. By the time he realized what was happening, it may not have made much of a difference.

Small correction: While Olivier Coipel has done much of this crossover, this particular issue is credited to Giuseppe Camuncoli on art.

I would submit that Tony Jay as Frollo in the Hunchback of Notre Dame has one of the most powerful villain voices in animation, and is deserving of at least a mention (so here it is)!

For those who want a really great answer to the question "Could Batman take on the entire Justice League if they were trying to kill him", I highly recommend the first two issues from the current Endgame storyline going on in Batman. It's a really cool take on the question that highlights both his incredible cunning

Always nice to see comic companies jumping on excellent but under-appreciated indie talent. Image has been doing that for a while, but IDW and Boom! seem to be doing that a fair amount recently as well. Also, more Ross Campbell art in the world is always a good thing.

Nice to see The Devil is a Part-Timer on this list. I wrote it off as a gag-heavy and insubstantial when it first aired, but then watched it this summer and was impressed with its surprisingly deep characters, complex relationships and solid world-building. For a show with the Devil as the protagonist, they really

It's Bill Cypher from the show Gravity Falls. He...does not normally have legs like that.

It's really fun. The second issue has an interesting gimmick with QR codes to represent music boxes.

Oh man, I see a few Planet Hulk characters in that pic! Korg, Kiera the Oldstrong, I think that's Miek in the corner there. If it could actually work on my phone, I'd probably buy it just for that (and the charming art style).

Was about to bring up Girl Genius. Didn't know it was recognized by the Eisners. One of my favorite comics, but it always seemed to be somewhat shunned by much of the webcomics community. Never understood why.
