There is a need for wider understanding of the roots of modern institutional/systemic racism, in the American educational system; we agree on that. I think you read too much into what I said earlier and built a straw man using leftovers from your assumptions about my motives (a bulverism).

You’ve gone from ‘enumerated right’ (well-regulated militias) to ‘SCOTUS-defined right’ (individuals). There is a distinction - ‘enumerated’ has a specific enough meaning that the Ninth Amendment is solely about it - and the way you’ve used it suggests you didn’t understand it.
