It’s not just a matter of looks - doesn’t it also affect tongue weight and handling?

I’d be wary of substituting italian dressing for the oil - the vinegar will change the texture significantly.

I loved House of Paper for the first few seasons but I petered out a bit and haven’t watched the last (I think) two seasons. The dubs aren’t terrible but I do prefer to watch it with the subtitles if I can spare the time to focus on it.

$35k buys a lot of upgrades for a Slingshot.

So these people, some of whom admit to questioning their own sanity, and widely ridiculed by others, are the ones that will be training this artificial intelligence? Are we trying to make insane robots, because that’s what this system of perverse incentives is creating.

Ford Maverick + tent seems like the obvious answer. Get fancy with a bed/roof tent if they really don’t want to sleep on the ground. I don’t see how three people can sleep in a car even if two of them are kids. That’s just uncomfortable and only gets worse as the kids get bigger.

I like the Maverick, and the review makes it sounds very appealing - very functional, economical, and it looks good too. But please don’t encourage people to buy these over crossovers. Most folks need crossovers. You know how I know? Because most folks buy crossovers. Why do they buy crossovers? Because they too are

Where’s the recipe?

Eye see what you did their.

Maybe they’re implying that the pumpkin was so dear to them, it was like family.

That you considered it a victimless crime as a college student is not a surprise. That you still consider it that way as an adult means that you have not matured.

Every motorcycle rider should wear a GoPro, both to bust the people who cause accidents and to educate other riders about what to watch out for.

Yeah you’re probably right. I was thinking of it in the context of rear ending someone where there is a presumption of negligence because the stopped vehicle is or should be anticipated, but that’s less true in the case of someone turning across traffic. They have a duty to clear the intersection for oncoming traffic.

The mom was right. If you’re closing in on someone and hit them because they fail to “complete their turn” you are at fault, not them.

Nah. These things are 4000 lbs and have less horsepower than a Toyota Corolla. There are bits worth saving but the V12 isn’t one of them.

This is a car I hope to restore someday so I check in on the prices sporadically. This one seems high in miles for the price - I’ve seen good condition ones under 75k for $7000. Considering it seems like it’s been sitting for a few years and who knows what gremlins it has, I’d say ND, but I’m sure with some haggling

It’s a Jaguar. It’s not not designed to see, but be seen.

I agree it looks weird with that space, but only if you’re thinking of it like a motorcycle. I believe Super73 made a frame bag - even a few different types, though now it seems that most are 3rd party. Fills in that hole, if that helps;

Well I was thinking that maybe it would be nice not to have to recharge it so often. I guess the added weight would make a difference if you had to pedal it, but then if you had the extra battery, you probably wouldn’t have to pedal it...

I like these bikes and if I had even the smallest commute I’d get one. But my one question about these has always been why they have such a small battery? Seems like there’s ample space in the frame for a larger/second battery and it would be that much more useful for it.
