My first bike. Sadly, I made much better decisions as a young man than as an older one.

Are you talking about that lambo?

I’m in favor of this, but I’m a little worried about the side effects. Increased cab traffic could undercut the benefits, and there's the problem of parking - people who drive might be inclined to try to park in the outer boroughs to avoid the fee. NYC probably needs a zone parking system anyway.

I don’t know why the vax stuff leads either. I think the Zionism stuff is much more damning. I can forgive bad parenting decisions (who hasn’t made those?) but I cannot forgive being an apologist for apartheid and genocide.

Inattentive drivers get a lot more attentive when they hit a speedbump. They might not slow down the first time but they will every time after that.

Calling bullshit.

Lack of housing density isn't an excuse to not to have speedbumps, it's the reason people speed and therefore why speedbumps might be necessary.

Great idea, though even the largest size at 21 feet would make for a pretty cramped camper. I’d want something at least 26 or 30 for small family camping. Still, a good bit cheaper than something like the Caraboat or Boatahome, and lighter too.

You must have rented from some very nice landlords in the past if you think it's normal for a landlord to not only allow you to make changes to an apartment but actually pay for it and give you a discount on the rent...

Is “car wash” a euphemism? Because if it is, I totally agree.

That’s why they call it Range Rover.

Maybe this is why we’re not talking about it, but is anyone else disappointed in the ducktail? I feel like it needs to be at least twice as large, or not there at all. As it is, it’s barely there and that’s just a disappointment to purists who would want the back smooth, and to those who embrace the sportier look.

No kind of skin going on.”

I sometimes fanaticize about campers. Strange, I know. But when I do, it’s rarely about pop-ups. If I’m camping, setting up a tent is fine, but if I’m towing an RV, I don’t want to have to bother setting it up. I guess for some pop-ups are a comprimise between needing more space for a family and needing something

You had me at AC

Show up at Radwood, camp, win.

Per leaked dealer documents there will be both a base and Type-S version of this car. I expect it will share many bits with the new TLX, including engine and transmission which would mean 272 hp or 355 hp, with a 10-speed auto. I suppose it could be a lower output engine just to make sure it doesn’t cannibalize the

I guess I’ll admit how naïve I was; I thought the snake was some sort of delivery method for beer, for fans not near the aisle or something. I think that would be a much better for humanity.

I sort of see why they would prioritize full-size vehicles to encourage people to transition away from bigger, heavier, more problematic choices. Leaving out the stuff that’s already small, already less impactful, already less expensive, again makes some kind of sense.”

Wow - I had to check the username to make sure it was really a staff writer saying that. I mean, I get where you’re coming from, but $60k seems like a low number. Cars start having diminishing returns at around $150k, at least in my book. I’d have to be veeeery rich to spend more than that on a single vehicle.
