Verde is the way to go.  Rojo chilaquiles are not the same.  My wife makes the verde sauce and adds a little cream to thicken it and let the chips float a bit, allowing the eater to decide on soggy or crunchy.

No kidding.  I live in Missouri and work in healthcare and Medicaid expansion would have been a boon to the sector, but the rubes in our state legislature equate Medicaid with brown people in the urban centers while it is the small hospitals out in the sticks that are closing down and they can’t figure out why.
