Never knew this story, just makes me like them and GQ even more.

I still think of that every single time I pull down my shirt. Every. Single. Time.
Loved the new Bat for Lashes and ordered it as soon as she released the single, which I love. M83 and Saturdays=Youth is what I thought of first as well. Two Suns was a big soundtrack to my life - I played it and Fever Ray back to back incessantly that year- and her voice just innately appeals to me.
I was a bit undecided about this season, but I’m all in if the reward is seven episodes of Meryl Streep dunking on everyone.
Deflated and a bit angry. I love Ritter’s portrayal of the character, and a couple extra seasons with some background mythos and an overt detective procedural would’ve made me happy.
This could be.. extremely fun? Definitely a bizarre movie that I wouldn’t expect in the current Hollywood process. I dearly loved the 90's Banderas/Hopkins version and would enjoy seeing a new spin on Zorro.

Underperforming?! Beauty and the Beast cleared a billion. Cinderella and Jungle Book doubled the budget. Maleficent earned a sequel. Lion King will draw tickets from the cast alone. The only bomb was Dumbo, which even if it had been received well seemed like a pretty big mismatch of director to content.
Lol Barstool tweeted this video out a bit ago..without any attribution to the WISN guy, of course.
I’m so happy you were able to sneak in a question about The New World. I find him magnetic on the screen, and it isn’t a coincidence that he is a part of three of my favorite films (Mohicans, Heat, New World).
I just wish the icon worked.
Wow.
Reminds me of Chris Borland.
