Twice I have taken a plane to purchase then drive home. 364miles. Saved over $12k on a new diesel truck versus local dealers. At the time airfare was $100. As long as return trip is no more than two days with single stay at a motel.

Not everyone lives in San Diego. A Marine I know learned from class action lawsuit. The Marines he served with also learned from possible class action paperwork. The epa link I shared does not mention the Marine Corp knowing their water wells were contaminated for years before any type of cleanup was considered. 

The US Marine Corp dumped hazardous chemicals near San Diego . Contaminated many of the wells on base. When discovered in the early 90's they said nothing despite only a few of the on base wells testing OK. Doesn’t list the base 6spd transmission . Does Honda use a second battery for start/stop? The 9spd Auto the Passport uses is not great. Too bad Honda eventually eliminated the base 6spd transmission. 

1st Gear Does any municipality actually test chargers to be sure the power they promise is as advertised. Given how fragile the battery cells can be wouldn't periodic testing of every charger be prudent?

Eversource is an electrical company? Could be environmental conditions that leak into the underground Electrical Utility Vaults. Could easily be a small gas leak that builds over time. Can the gas company pressure test different segments of their main lines?

Living near the Port and complain about the Port. Makes no sense. Port of Entry locations are massive economic generators. Diesel emissions continue to get cleaner. Electric trucks are in the near future. Now residents would prefer well paying jobs go elsewhere. 

Just did a search. I recall them mentioning the Ford altitude towing reduction at least three times. They might have also asked spokespeople of the other OEM’s?

It's from TFL I learned this. They have mentioned it two or three times that I've seen. They probably don't bring it up every time to stay In Fords good grace. It's within the last year TFL covered it. Might have had a problem with the Hybrid Ford one of them own? 

I know a clean 91' for sale locally at 8k. However, I thought the 90' and 91's had possible engine problems from a manufacturer defect. The  Craigslist ad with low mileage means the problem could still show itself?

My 1960 Chevy straight 6 truck also had a very easy to service heater core. 

Ford still somewhat does the same thing today with their trucks. The max tow rating only applies at sea level. Ford derates their trucks with elevation. Higher one goes the lower the tow ratings. Chevy, Ram and Toyota do not derate according to elevation. 

Toyota does things different. They are sold to regional distributors. Which then pass them out to local dealers. The Regionals have alot of say of what arrives.
