Lemon Laws vary from state to state. Some states Lemon Laws are not in favor of the consumer. Michigan might have been one of the not so friendly consumer states.

Be sure to check your State Lemon Law. In my state, if you bought the vehicle out of state Lemon Law protection does not exist. Vehicle must be purchased in state for Lemon Law coverage.
