If you don't mind me asking, how did you get over it? I was in a similar situation (though not with a boyfriend), and five years later I'm still struggling to figure out what really happened and why.

I know this is a joke, but I'm actually inclined to believe there's a lot of truth to this. We're a culture that embraces conspicuous consumption, and it's more difficult to represent wealth with a full coin purse than with a roll of bills.

I know I'm in the minority, but I don't really care for the iPhone hardware. My Droid X is lighter, thinner, and wider, which makes it fit better in my big hands. It also feels just as solidly built, and not as slippery. Whenever I hold my friends' iPhones I'm scared to death that I'm going to drop them.

I don't what I would do without Android's cloud integration, and honestly can't imagine how iPhone users lasted this long without it. Creating a Facebook group to regather your friends' contacts is SO 2008.
