Boy, that’s some Forza Horizon shit!

So, the system sounds great, only issue is the name.
Toyota: We can’t revive our cult sports car without building it on someone else’s platform with someone else’s engine.
Yea, look at all that room!
The non-amg e wagon 4x4x2 exists already, so I went coupe.
Neato! MB has put portal axles on the G-wagen, the E-class wagon, and now the EQC. At this point I think they should just have portal axles on the option list of every car they make. Right next to the check box for an upgraded audio system, just add a check box for portal axles. C-class? yes. CLA? yes. S-class? hell…
I don’t know what kind of websites Bradley was perusing in 2018, but that’s the first time I’ve heard of this.
Yikes. And yet civil forfeiture is still okey dokey.
I was always amazed at the amount of mutual trust required between the driver and co-driver as they snake through a forest down a dirt road that’s barely wider than the car.
The G-Wagon review seemed to trigger a lot of people yesterday, who called it a pretentious status-mobile. But there is a lot to love about the G - it’s a legitimately capable vehicle, and a fairly unique one. I’d posit there are more “pretentious status-chasers” buying the cheapest Mercedes. Mission accomplished AC, I clicked half-expecting a v10 Ferrari. How is it any more Vipery than the standard long-nosed 812? It is prettier than an 812 though, it’s like Ferrari un-Mansory’d their own car.
The front end sucks. It still wouldn’t keep me out of the only manual offering on the market, if I were in the market. I'm not in the market though, so moot point I guess...
and one bodywork package
That’s fair. It’s just guesswork, but I think they’ll eventually replace the Porto with the Roma convertible at some point. They’re so similar, and a convertible would suit the Roma so well.
If I had Portofino cash, I’d be putting it towards a Roma convertible. The Portofino seemed pretty attractive, but the Roma blows it out of the water: much cleaner lines, much fewer cuts, ever-so-slightly nostalgic, a perfectly-judged design for the most laid-back car in the lineup.
Add those two together, and the pandemic will probably be good for used car sales. People don’t trust public transit so they might buy new cars. But the economy is bad so they have less money to spend. Enter used cars.
