Tesla is suffering from the delusion that because they led the market for a long time, they will always lead the market. Because they didn’t need advertising for a long time, they will never need advertising, that because they didn’t need to update the looks of their cars for a long time, that they will never need to

I’m still waiting for those profits to trickle down.  Should be any day now...

The company had in November outlined a $10 billion stock buyback on the heels of reaching a costly new labor agreement with the United Auto Workers union.

Yeah but missing basics like ventilated seats and blind spot monitoring that any other car in it’s price range would at least have as an option if not included is crazy, especially for a company that prides itself on being bleeding edge tech.

A story as old as Reagan’s economic policy.

We live in a world where someone who goes by “Jellybeanbrainss” can be be popular enough to make enough money to destroy $100k+ cars and come out profitable. And we have systems in place that make this possible and encourage it.

Hard to believe, a futuristic truck that looks like a discarded Terminator prop, made by the wannabe boy-genius who named his prior car models S 3 X Y, is a failure.....

I don’t know if he subjects her to it as much... He just saves it up for when a male visits.

I’ve heard a ton of complaints about build quality for the Model 3 and this abomination. I wonder why Tesla lets such poor quality leave the factory, but then I look at Twitter and already know the answer.

Remember the circus around Orange County Choppers and how much money people would throw at them? And what complete pieces of crap they turned out to be?

So, your $100k Cybertruck cut you so badly you had to go to the ER.  But you still think its great?  /sigh

I saw one a couple weekends ago when I happened to stop at a gas station that was apparently a meeting point for a “Cars and Coffee” type gig.

There was a pity phase?

Considering the cybertruck saga, the robots won’t even need to go rogue. They’ll maim and kill people as they go about their regular tasks, trying to be as helpful as they can.

Or they’ll just try to exterminate humanity because he told the experts to design them with that in mind because he’s a nihilistic solipsistic monster.

This is why you should be very afraid of Elon’s Optimus robot and his predictions about AI taking over. They will most likely be the first to go on a rampage and start killing humans due to design flaws in programming and production in order to get them out the door.

Can we point and laugh at Tesla Cybertruck buyers yet or are we still in the pity phase?

To be fair though, Kid Rock is himself a bit of a charlatan. He’s a middle class kid from Michigan and grew up around Detroit. His whole “redneck country bumpkin” thing is an act.

Well, I’m going to tell my clients I’m not going to work anymore until I get a significant raise and see how that goes. *fingers crossed*

What a really weird comment. Yes, we do look for world building and character exposition in Bugs Bunny, which is why Looney Tunes are in fact considered classics, because they were well told stories, thoughtfully produced, etc.
