I have to disagree, the project itself is 100% absurd. The mother nature sacred femininity tropey bs has been pushed by male and female artists, it always strikes me as ridiculous no matter what gender the artist is.

I loved being able to sneak up on a base from the hills, or the road, or a forest. Sneak in close and make things tense, or pick guys off from a distance. The game has some flaws, but it was definitely fun to have those options. I felt like a legit commando at times.

I don’t think it’s the game’s fault. I mean actually there are tons of way to accomplish missions beside stealth. You just need to use your creativity and not just let the game tells you what to do to be “fun”.

Man, I thought Phanton Pain was brilliant thanks to it’s open-ended world where you could advance on your own pace. I hope he brings something similar for this new game. :)
