What I would do is be calm and polite in pointing out the risk to the company in selling these items and copy their immediate managers. It’s not my first move but by the 3rd or 4th email, all’s fair.

I use a combo, too -3, 5, and 7. Although I have cats, the #3 option is typically stuff I would not leave the house in. Also, in the several decades that I’ve lived, I’ve never had clothes moths. Now I’m scared about the stuff I put in a special section of the closet. Oh well; doubtful I will change.
Oh that was my work life all day - phone meetings with attendees all over the U.S. With a slight time lag in the VOIP system to make it even worse.
Haha. I’m retired and was starting to miss working. Not now. Thanks!
Yep. It’s on my oatmeal most mornings all through Nov & Dec.
Agree. Sometimes I make it and sometimes (this year, for instance) I buy the can. But the Whole Berry kind, not the jellied- unless it’s a big crowd. Then I buy both, because, well, there is always someone like Patrick in the crowd who prefers the jellied.
But the point is to influence how that vote goes. My rep does not agree with the repeal. And it’s the commission voting not him. But he still needs to hear from his constituents to prioritize how he uses his time and capital in influencing that vote. If he thinks no one cares, well, he’s got plenty else on his plate.
Agree that Miyoko’s or other natually aged vegan cheese are the only ones worth eating.
Paul Hollywood made something very much like that for Boxing Day in one of the GBBO holiday episodes. So, no, not trash, very trendy.
Not from Boston, so, yes, exactly.
Yes. This is the downside of electric pressure cookers. They also take longer to release pressure. I have two (other brands) and while it was a good doorway to pressure cooking, I’ve switched almost entirely to stove top pressure cooking, which is faster and more flexible. If my plans for the day require the “set it…
My approach as well.
Exactly. I live in CA, and I highly doubt that taking a cart to the rack while the kids are safely in the car is illegal. As Flug Dutie noted, common sense prevails and the first thing one would do is look around by which time said parent is with 2 feet of you. I think the article needs to quote a source for that…
That made me think of this:
No plan whatsoever. It’s November 1st already?
I had always promised myself that I would join when I retired. Well, that was 6 weeks ago. I’m still recovering from a bad case of burn out, but I think I’ll just jump in blind anyway. Thanks for the reminder.
Great one. Yet so many drivers seem to think that if there wasn’t an actual collision, their failure to yield was OK. (Thinking of all the cars turning right on a red right in front of me when I have the green right-of-way.)
Less dangerous but still annoying, being behind someone signaling a left turn but who waits…
But just to be clear (because soooo many people seem to be unclear on the concept), the signal is to let us know what you are going to do. Waiting until you are actually doing it is too late.
Yeah, I did that for a while. I moved (fortunately it was an option); it was no way to live
Exactly. I live in the L.A. area and I joke that “you can’t there from here” if the arrival time needs to be 8 a.m. or 8:30.
The Belcher’s have a cookbook? Awesome.
