Many, many years ago, I had a problem with stinky feet. I mean bad - you could see the little cartoon waves of stink coming up from feet. I tried every foot and shoe powder and spray on the market. No effect.

I had been a daily, high volume drinker, and for reasons, I stopped drinking. Very quickly, my feet stopped

Yes. When I was growing up, everyone at school had egg salad sandwiches in the their lunch the week after Easter. I did the same thing when raising my family. (We didn’t leave them out long, though.)

Some of these techniques use food-grade products, so the egg is going to be safe to eat. But a couple of them don’t. Just thought I would mention that I saw a FB post by folks showing the tie method, and in follow-up comments did say that the dye is not edible so the eggs should not be eaten. What do you think? Did

None that I’ve made yet. But I saved several from BudgetBytes. I don’t remember which were on your menu but I think it was the Chili Garlic Tofu Bowl. That recipe along with the Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Lime Crema, and Peanut Lime Cauliflower Salad are all saved to my Paprika.

Depends. I like red for veggie stews and soups. But, I seem to use the white/yellow the most since it goes in nearly all the sauces and dressings I make.
p.s. Thanks for the meal planning series. It fits my meal preferences better than most others, and you’ve pointed me to some blogs I didn’t know about.

Mostly off-topic, but you reminded me of the time my friend and I were in a deserted theater (off-hour and not a new release) and this guy came in, and chose to sit right smack in front of us. People are just weird.

It’s not just self-check, which I rarely use. More than once, I’ve had a similar conversation with someone behind me at the regular checkout. Jeez people, you are actually slowing things down by making the person in front of you too uncomfortable to complete transactions. Stop it!

I just got an updated Chase Amazon card and it’s that heavier style of card with no embossed numbers. I was pretty happy with it. Now I have to worry about how to dispose of it when the time comes...
I hope I pay attention to the return envelope. I tend to just trash all that extra stuff.

Thanks for doing the research to check that out. I had been in a Masters program with an RD goal, but realized that the financial realities of that profession were dismal. But I still love the science.

A well-known RD (at least relative to most RDs) who frequently presents public lectures says, never, ever believe what

Am I the only one who when reading the headline wondered, “Russian?”

Pretty common combo, actually. As I eat my oatmeal with pineapple and cinnamon while reading this. :)

I’ve been saying that for decades, too. Restaurant or retail experience mandatory by x age. Seems like we’d all be much nicer to each other.

Totally agree.

However, I am not surprised to see that it is Netflix doing this. As a company, they have shown them to be quite tone deaf to how people think or what they want.

Me, too. I stopped scrolling to listen to the whole thing. The theme is perfection.

Agree. We know the type of person who does well in the position we have open. We also know who tends not to. So, we are looking for specifics. Otherwise, all we get are “Oh I always get along great with my coworkers.” “I’m very careful to double check my work.” No. As they say in writing circles - Show don’t tell.

Trump is basically a stoned college kid who accidentally exhaled in front of the cops.

Now you’re talking. I’ve never understood the mad love for Oreos.

You might be surprised at how many of us are just like you.

Absolutely. I never iron by choice. Fortunately I work in a more casual office than I did in the 90s, and it’s much easier to find no-iron tops than I could back then.
