I agree that they really killed Kevin’s character. I rewatched it recently and found it interesting that Michael, before his departure, told Kevin not to be a caricature. It was like there was some self-realization by the writers but even after that they couldn’t help themselves.

I’ve never felt so alive.

This is where I landed too. I generally enjoyed the journey, but I couldn't help but notice how poorly written it was.

I interned for a Congressman for a brief period, with some good friends who worked for others much longer as staff. We all took those calls and all of our offices kept records of how many calls we were getting on various topics, for and against. Those stats were looked at by the Member of Congress and their staff a

Pretty crazy that I personally saw part of the ISS being constructed (the facility was open for tours, anybody could) and then obviously we could all see the launch. And then of course it is often visible at night orbiting. Seems like a lot of wasted money to build the facility, pretend to launch it with a rocket, and

A friend pointed out that if best actor had gone before best picture, there's a good chance Kimmel would've had to interrupt Matt Damon's acceptance speech given Casey Affleck's win.

Yeah, the Star Wars nerd in me loved that for the continuity. The rebellion is small at this point, so it would make a lot of sense to have some of the same pilots. Plus, killing off Red 5 was fun since that's Luke's callsign later.

The rejects are extras in Star Wars!

There's one 15 min from my parents'. I knew most had closed, but didn't realize they were only down to 8. I prefer their stuff to Arby's.

Didn't he end up common law married to Meatloaf? He's alright.

I'd be surprised if he didn't do it himself. I saw a lecture of his once and the powerpoint had several weird goofs, which he warned us of in advance because he wasn't sure how to fix them. I was a little surprised he wouldn't have somebody to create the slideshow for him, but that seemed to be the case.

Maybe with something like Star Trek week, presented by Duracell

I was in a summer program in elementary school where we put this on as a play. Not to brag, but I made a pretty kickass wolf. It was always one of my favorite stories, after The Stinky Cheese Man.

I think I can point to this book as the defining book of my youth. I had to have read it 100 times and it perfectly fit my already bizarre sense of humor. The Really Ugly Duckling was always a highlight for me. A few years ago my mom went to a children's literature conference and was able to get my copy autographed.

Hello Mr. Durst.

Other than not making any sense pragmatically, politically, or historically, I think you're onto something.

I read this as feral elf. That would probably not be a good actor/drummer.

I live in Ohio. I'm not afforded that luxury.

You can even buy an authentic glass of blue milk. It's like regular milk, but blue! And $20.

I can't speak for everyone like you seem able to. But I don't hate the police. I generally like the police. I hate bad police and think they should be held accountable for being bad. I think good police should be held up and praised for being good. It's not a radical concept.
